About Me

My name is Tricia and I specialize in custom, gourmet wedding cakes. I believe your cake should look amazing and taste even better. I'm located in Bountiful, Utah. For sixteen years I have enjoyed meeting with brides and grooms to help them design the perfect cake for their special day!

I bake all of my cakes from scratch using my own gourmet recipes. Every cake is moist and has the perfect taste. If you want a custom flavor or design, I can create it for you. I expect to give you exactly what you want. That's why I'm Sweet Perfection!

When  should I order my cake
?
I suggest you book two to six months in advance for a wedding cake and one month for a special occasion cake. But I can often accommodate last minute orders. Call to schedule an appointment.

Do you bake from scratch?
I believe that the quality of your cake on the inside should match the beauty of your cake on the outside, so I make all of my cakes, fondant, and fillings from scratch. The only exception to this rule is with fruit preserves and custard cream, which I purchase premade to assure easy access when fruits may not be in season and to meet all health and safety requirements.

Are you licensed?
Yes. I am licensed to operate by the State of Utah Department of Agriculture and Food. My kitchen has passed all of the necessary inspections required of this license.

Do you offer tastings?
Yes. I offer a complimentary tasting of my most popular cakes and fillings at each consultation for up to four people.

What is your payment policy?
For all wedding cakes a $100 deposit reserves your date on my calendar and the remaining balance is due at least two weeks before your wedding. For Special Occasion cakes payment is due in full at time of booking.
